The warranty offered by Maltapple on REFURBISHED products lasts 12 months. It can be extended up to 24 months with our warranty extension, which can be purchased alongside the product by checking the "Warranty Extension from 12 to 24 Months" box.
Batteries and chargers sold with Refurbished products are covered by a 90-day warranty.
The warranty covers all hardware defects, excluding those caused by or resulting from improper use of the product (e.g., liquid damage), as well as software issues, such as incorrect system updates or improperly installed programs.
Damage caused by external power surges due to lightning, storms, etc., is not covered.
The original packaging received with the product must be kept for the entire duration of the warranty period.
