The website maltapple.com is operated by a registered self-employed professional in Malta. VAT Number: MT26856826. For any inquiries, support requests, or clarifications, our team is fully committed to assisting you, and we always strive to respond to all customer queries as quickly as possible.

2. Nature of Products (Refurbished Goods)

Maltapple specializes in the sale of pre-owned and refurbished Apple electronic devices (such as iPhones, MacBooks, iPads). By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and accept that these products are not factory-new. Each device is rigorously cleaned, inspected, and thoroughly tested to be 100% functional. Detailed descriptions regarding the cosmetic grading of each product are provided on their respective product pages.

3. Warranty & Warranty Extension

We stand behind the quality of our inspection process. Therefore, all devices purchased from Maltapple include:

  • 12-Month Base Commercial Warranty: Covers any unexpected hardware malfunctions or manufacturing defects starting from the date of delivery.
  • Optional 24-Month Extension: Customers have the choice to extend their hardware coverage to a total of 24 months by selecting and purchasing the Warranty Extension option available on the product page at the time of checkout.

Exclusions: The warranty strictly excludes coverage for accidental damage (e.g., cracked screens, drops), liquid/water damage, software issues, jailbreaking, third-party alterations, or normal battery capacity degradation over time.

4. Technical Support & Service Logistics

To guarantee the highest level of competence and standards for your Apple devices, all professional technical service, repairs, and hardware testing are managed and performed directly in Italy.

In the event that a device needs to be sent in for hardware inspection or repair under warranty, the shipping and transport costs to send the item to the technical facility shall be fully borne by the customer/user. Maltapple will cover the return shipping costs back to the customer once the warranty service is completed.

5. Order Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In compliance with European Union and Maltese consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the device, without giving any reason. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in the exact same condition it was received, with all accessories and no iCloud or password locks activated. Return shipping costs for withdrawal are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery across Malta & Gozo

Maltapple provides free standard shipping on all product purchases delivered across Malta and Gozo. While we make every single effort to ensure fast and secure delivery times, Maltapple cannot be held liable for third-party courier delays or unexpected logistical interruptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made on it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese Courts.
